Thesis Projects Defence at Faculty of Machinery and Construction Technologies in Transport

VTUDuring the regular and supplementary session of the academic year 2012/2013 forty-six MSc students from the Faculty of Machinery and Construction Technologies in Transport” graduated with CGPA of 5.23 (on a scale of 6.00).
35 graduates from Transportation Engineering Programme (specializations in “Transportation Engineering” and “Building Structures”) had a CGRA of 4.90 (on a scale of 6.00)
Outstanding students are:

During the supplementary session under the initiative of the State Commission of Thesis Defence the specialized Departments of Transportation Engineering and Building Structures had a meeting where certain requirements to the design and content of the diploma theses and diploma assignments were set, aiming to increase the quality of the final training stage of the MSc students.
During this academic year the first class in Auto Technical Expertise Programme graduated – 4 alumni.

VTU VTUVTU The diploma thesis defences took place on March 26, 2013 at Department of Mechanics. The State Examination Commission, chaired by Prof. Petar Kolev, DSc, Rector of Todor Kableshkov University of Transport, assessed with very good grades the presented thesis projects. The outstanding student for the Programme is dipl. eng. Vasil Klyambarski, MSc. The average grade for the session is 5 (on a scale of 6). In his speech to the graduates (photo 4), Prof. Kolev expressed confidence in the forthcoming successful professional realization of the young experts.

3 students completed the Transport Equipment Programme with a cumulative GPA of 6.00 (on a scale of 6.00). These are:

Metodi Zhivkov Georgiev
2 students completed the Computer Aided Design in Mechanical Engineering Programme with cumulative GPA of 4.75 (on a scale of 6.00).
The thesis defences took place at Department of Transport Equipment.
2 students completed the Engineering Logistics and Building Machines Programme with a cumulative GPA of 6.00 (on a scale of 6.00). These are:

Zdravko Zdravkov Naydenov
The thesis defences took place at Department of Material Handling and Construction Machines.
11 more graduates from the faculty are preparing their theses for defence in the next supplementary session of this academic year.
The main conclusion from the thesis defences is that the Faculty of Machinery and Construction Technologies in Transport prepares valuable specialists in educational and qualification degree “Master”, who immediately after graduation find a suitable job in the country and abroad.
